State Transition Metadata
Metadata for a lead or offer state transition. The fields below are present only when the corresponding event uses them. The selected message is flattened into the webhook’s eventMetadata object.

offerUrl | string | URL for the customer’s offer presentation. Present only when state is “offer.sent”. |
finalizedRecordedPriceCents | integer | Finalized offer amount in cents. Present when available for “offer.in_contract”. |
finalizedRepairPriceCents | integer | Finalized repair amount in cents. Present when available for “offer.in_contract”. |
finalizedFeePriceCents | integer | Finalized fee amount in cents. Present when available for “offer.in_contract”. |
coeDate | string (ISO 8601 UTC timestamp) | Close of escrow timestamp. Present for “offer.in_contract” when available. |
