Document Metadata
Metadata for a document lifecycle event. The fields below are present only when the corresponding event uses them. The selected message is flattened into the webhook’s eventMetadata object.

documentId | string | Prefixed identifier used by the documentUrl query. |
documentType | string | Partner-visible document type. |
generatedAt | string (ISO 8601 UTC timestamp) | Timestamp when Opendoor observed the document event. |
propertyAddress | WebhookPropertyAddress | Property associated with the document. Present for electronic signature documents when available. |
signers | WebhookDocumentSigner[] | Seller signature slots for this document, excluding agents and Opendoor countersigners. |
allSellersSigned | bool (optional) | True once all sellers have signed, even if other parties still need to sign. Omitted when seller roles cannot be identified. This does not mean the final document is ready. |
relatedSignerId | string (optional) | Seller signature slot that triggered document.signature_updated. |
