Customer Update Metadata
Metadata for a customer-initiated update. The fields below are present only when the corresponding event uses them. The selected message is flattened into the webhook’s eventMetadata object.

videoWalkthroughTime | string (ISO 8601 UTC timestamp) | Timestamp when the video walkthrough is scheduled. |
videoWalkthroughId | string | Hashed identifier for the video walkthrough. |
coeDate | string (ISO 8601 UTC timestamp) | Close of escrow timestamp. |
finalizedRecordedPriceCents | integer | Finalized offer amount in cents. |
finalizedRepairPriceCents | integer | Finalized repair amount in cents. |
finalizedFeePriceCents | integer | Finalized fee amount in cents. |
handoverOccurredAt | string (ISO 8601 UTC timestamp) | Timestamp when the referral was handed over to Opendoor. |
